to face the pandemic situation we are going through, we have implemented several measures to insure security to our employees and guests which is our priority.

Enhanced cleaning

  1. Full disinfection of the hotel by specialized company
  2. Regular disinfection of all customer contact points (door handles, light buttons, etc.) with virucidal products.
  3. Disinfection of our electronic payment terminal after each use with a virucidal product.
  4. Sheets and towels deep cleaning (60°)
  5. Cleaning in rooms reinforced with, longer aeration and virucidal disinfection
  6. 24h minimum between each customer

 

Material protection

  1. Hydro-alcoholic gel available at the reception.
  2. Installation of protective glass in our reception.
  3. Reception queue observing physical distance (ground markings, entrance and way out doors separated).

 

Modified protocols

  1. Check-in protocol simplified 
  2. Distant payment preferred  
  3. Food service adapted : no more breakfast service in common   

 

Of course face covering is obligatory in all public zones of the hotel and display of recommendations and barrier gestures is done at the reception.
